About the Host: Norma Hatfield is a kinship caregiver, advocate, former CASA Executive Director, and Air Force veteran who has spent more than a decade working to strengthen support for kinship families.

After stepping in to raise two of her grandchildren, Norma became a statewide and national voice for kinship caregivers raising children when parents cannot. Through The Kinship Voice™, she brings together caregivers, professionals, and policymakers to share real experiences and solutions that help families succeed and know they are not alone.
